The Route 66 Casino Hotel is located west of Albuquerque, New Mexico just 10 minutes off at Exit 140 and Central. It has over 1,200 slot and video poker machines, 20 table games and a 500 seat bingo parlor. Other than gaming, Route 66 Casino Hotels also houses 3 restaurants, 2 fast food restaurants, gift shop and a smoke shop. If that's not enough of a draw, there is a 2,800 seat amphitheater for shows.
Route 66 Casino Hotel has bought the Vegas style casinos to New Mexico, offering fun for everyone. Route 66 Casino Hotel is also kids friendly where there is a professional child care centre opened 24 hrs and a high tech, non violent arcade centre where there are staffs available to assist the children.
For gaming, they have all the table games a Vegas casino usually would have, Black Jack, Roulette, Crap, Texas Hold'em and Pai Grow Poker. The casino also has plenty of slot machines and a bingo hall where players can find games of their interest.

Video strip poker combines the thrills of strip poker into a casino computer game, with DVD-quality video, state-of-the-art video technology, speaking opponents, and lots of interactivity to create the fantastic impression of playing at a poker table with a scantily-clad girl.
Unique, and never-before seen anywhere else, video control engines allow players to visualize playing with a real girl sitting next to them. They can choose from many beautiful opponents that smile, move, deal poker cards, dance and take all their clothes off if you win enough.
Strip poker video games also let players install additional opponents apart from the initial few provided. Video Strip Poker is very intuitive - even beginner poker players will understand the basic rules and strategy of poker to play and win within just several minutes. With sufficient practice players can completely undress every opponent they face.
The virtual girls actually behave like the real deal. They comment on the poker hands, smile, laugh or get angry depending on the cards dealt. For even more interactivity, players can ask a girl to show more than they are actually entitled to or offer her a drink to make them tipsy.

For those who are intent on being updated regarding poker affiliates news, here is one. PAW Network has just finished negotiations with ChanPoker.com, and now, the affiliates of PAW could promote any of the poker rooms under the Ongame entity. The affiliates get a very good 35% revenue share for the new gamblers (real-money) brought to ChanPoker. More on ChanPoker: it belongs to the Online Network, at present does not accept American gamblers, with a minimum deposit of ten dollars. Each affiliate would start earning the MGR upon the very first cash layout. The bonus of the room: one hundred percent up to one thousand dollars. Another thing, Check n Raise is already a part of this entity, I mean ChanPoker, and actually, this is not fresh news. Starting December of last year, all accounts of Check n Raise were relocated to ChanPoker, and assuming you are a bonafide Check n Raise gambler, there are no prerequisites to be able to gamble at ChanPoker site. The cash balances and the points would be moved automatically. In order to begin gambling, just download the software. Going to the software, when you open the Check n Raise software for the very 1st time, you would asked to go and set up ChanPoker, but not to worry, it would be a fast one.

I will not- at least not today- write about the achievements and incredible feats done by Stu Ungar during his prime. If you are a strong poker veteran who reads a lot (as well), then chances are, you know his greatest (and even minor) victories. After all, poker player Ungar and Bobby Fischer share some common things. First, they are both deceased, second- they were both tragic figures, albeit in differing perspectives. Third, even up to now, Ungar is still considered by many circles as the strongest NATURAL player of poker, while Bobby is still thought of today by many quarters as the strongest NATURAL player of chess. In his final years, everything went on a spiral downswing for poker player Ungar. He was often seen begging for cash in the poker rooms, and he often said (to the loaners) that he would use it for poker bets, but actually, used the loans to buy illegal drugs. He was discovered dead at his suite in a motel at Vegas, with eight hundred bucks in his person. According to the ME, it was death from heart condition that resulted from drug abuse, awesome isn't it? Well, awesome may be the wrong term, 'such a waste' would be a more fitting expression. Anyway, projections say that he won no less than 30 million dollars just on poker alone (he knew other games as well). While he was known to be unkind to dealers, he was also known for being a good tipper.

Assuming you are new in South California, then it should come to your attention that there are many hotels/casinos in the territory, like Pala Resort Hotel and the Barona Card Club. Another noteworthy establishment is the Pechanga. The Pechanga Casino and Resort Hotel holds a California poker room worth your while. The casino has slots, blackjack, video poker, Pai Gow, California craps, bingo, 3-card Poker, and let me tell you, you'd better be prepared with your bankroll before coming in. Table minimums, while not astronomically high, are still costly. Like, it is usual for Pai Gow to have ten dollars as the fighting money, but the minimum in this California poker room is 25 dollars. Here is bad news for the comps lovers (abusers in some cases), there are no giveaway drinks in this casino. Let us go back to their poker room, it has 54 tables, and designated as a non-smoking zone. So for those who are chain-smokers, sorry, you'd have to go somewhere else to satiate the cravings of your lungs. The poker room proffers a big repertoire, with Holdem, Seven-card Stud, HL split, Omaha Holdem, and still others. Their tourneys begin daily in the midmorning, so there, if you have not visited them yet, start marking your calendar.

Whenever I play a poker game with the fellows, my little kid has perhaps already memorized what I have to say to him: get lost. Now, don't get me wrong, I love my kid, but sometimes, well, children can be a big nuisance if all you want to have is only the time of your life. I'm sure most of us parents would want some time out of the grueling responsibilities of caring for your kid, changing his diapers, providing food for him on the table, and so forth. But now, my kid doesn't have to be a nuisance whenever I play a game of poker with my gang. That's because I discovered that there are actually online poker games for kids. So, the arrangement now is, when my friends come over for a game of poker, my little one hies off in front of the computer, goes online, and plays his own poker game. It has even become bonding time for the two of us. Sometimes, when it's raining and we can't go outside to play, we grab the cards and play five card stud poker. My kid's top pick among the not so many poker games for kids online is Dogs Playing Poker. It's this rather antiquated, cheesy, yet absorbing game of canines that play five card stud poker. That's actually the reason why my child has become a whiz in the studs. Sometimes, he's even the one who teaches me tricks.

Just to make sure that my system is compatible with any downloadable poker game I wish to avail of, what system conditions do I need to fulfill? This was my question to a friend who's a web programmer, a certified computer whiz. He is also has a love affair with poker so I know he understands why I have to ask that question. He gave me tips which I would like to share to all those who love the "luxury" of downloadable poker games. The best operating software so far for generally all kinds of downloadable poker games is Windows 98 and above. Just to be safe, try Windows 2000 or XP. Recently, I checked out several poker gaming sites on the Internet and I noticed that some work only on higher Microsoft operating systems. Try a LCD screen with about 300 colors and an 800X600 pixel resolution. Your random access memory (RAM) should be able to accomodate at least 70 megabytes, just to be safe. And, your computer system has to be Pentium. A sound or audio card is really not necessary, but once you get your downloadable poker games, you'll soon find out how dreary it is to play with so many graphics without any sound. So, just for you to really have fun, invest on a sound card.

I just went to Poker Stars to play poker a few days ago. Now, I'm just surprised that I'm here in front of my computer, composing the first blog entry I've ever composed in my entire life. So, what is this blog entry going to be about? It's going to be a review of Poker Stars (URL: www.pokerstars.com). You might be surprised that I'm writing this review, the first ever review I wrote, just for Poker Stars. It's simply because, man! Was I impressed, number one, with Poker Stars' ability to really satisfy their customers in need, number two, for their state of the art software, and the variety of players who play on their site everyday. Perhaps its worthy of note that Poker Stars is ranked number two of the biggest poker sites in the World Wide Web. And, Poker Stars is almost always a mainstay in the top ranked poker websites in poker review portals. The games are really challenging. Sure, there is an abundance of fish players in Poker Stars, but even if you're pretty sure that you are not just another poker player, once you reach middle stakes, you may come close to changing your mind.

There are some very contradicting reviews made on Paradise Poker which made me want to create a review of my own. Hope my version of the Paradise Poker review will be able to at least reconcile the differences of the previous reviews done on Paradise Poker. I've always been a fan of Paradise Poker while it's still in the United States. However, for some reason, perhaps because of the anti gambling laws of the country, Paradise Poker was rooted out from it. To be honest, I sorely missed it because, well, it's got a great reputation and great free rolls, to boot. Good thing I moved to Europe months after Paradise Poker got sort of kicked out from the United States. So, I still get to play Paradise Poker to this day. When it's still in the United States, it's got plenty of player traffic. Paradise Poker's only got Texas Hold 'Em, but the real reason why it clicked is because of its very capable software. The game flow, well, it's piece of cake while it still has the United States market, but now, for some reason, the players are getting harder and harder to beat as the game progresses. It's a threat to those who'd really want to earn out of the game. But in fairness to Paradise Poker, when it gives out bonuses and cash prizes, it's pretty quick. You only have to wait a max of two business days for the cash out.

This is one cool online video gaming site! What makes Skill Ground so cool for me is that you get to download and play at absolutely no cost (well, save for the electricity bills perhaps) and you have the chance to win money AND convert it into real, physical, legal money! Skill Ground's also not like any other online video game site... this one's got games such as the blockbuster UTour Golf, War Path, Close Quarters Conflict, and Kung Fu: Deadly Arts. Other features: a superb skill matching system, new game programs released regularly, a Skill Ground account for those who just really want to play and another one for those who want to take playing at Skill Ground seriously. The latter is for those who really want to earn some bucks through gaming at Skill Ground. Meanwhile, if you already have the classic Skill Ground account, just have it upgraded to a cash or premium account. For beginners who wonder which game to play, as I've said, Skill Ground's got a skill matching system. This works like a screening process, but you won't have to worry because there are no eliminations here. This is just meant for you to know what the best game for you is.

So, what does Cake Poker have in store? It's got the classic Texas Hold 'Em, Omaha, and Seven Card Stud variants. And... that's it. But, just take a look at their promotional stuff, and you'll surely go, "Wow!" They have Share Cake, Gold Card, and Gold Chips, as well as a very insane eight-figure total amount of cash prizes and rewards. Add to that the really cute true-to-life poker game situation that you'll encounter once you hit the virtual poker table. At first, it was fun winning cool prizes and playing on a seemingly real life adventure poker game. Get all those amazingly high perks while they're still really high!
