Here are the kinds of 5-card Poker hands: straight flush, four of a kind, full house, flush, straight, 3-of-a-kind, two pairs, a pair and the high card. The majority of poker games are anchored on the 5-Card Poker Hands, thus, the hierarchy is important.
The straight flush is definitely ascertained when the smallest card (in straight flush) gets revealed. Forty cards are possible to be that smallest one, thus, there are forty straight flushes, now- the four of a kind. Among the 5-Card Poker Hands, this one has thirteen selections for ranking of the quads, just one choice for four cards of a particular rank, while there are 48 selections for the card remaining. In order to count how many flushes there are, get choices for five cards in a similar suit, ten are straight flushes that when taken out would make 1277 (particular suit). Multiply that by four, and the answer is going to be 5,108.

PlayShare Group stands out as a mover and shaker in the industry, all this comes from principally the following: a 24/7 customer service arm, an excellent software and a novel rewards mechanism. They think of their affiliates as the anchor of their business, and thus, they do their utmost to get their respective ends in tandem. If you sign up with PlayShare, it would be a ten-dollar bonus for each depositing gambler. Each affiliate signing up would get an extra ten dollars for evry depositor for 2 months, outside the usual commissions. In order to be eligible, one should buy a minimum of fifty dollars, and get through 100 raked. This is done and over with, but it should tell you something about the entity's commitments, if you learned about this. From November of last year up to Feb 2008, the PlayShare affiliates (and another entity) ran a contest offering five of the best affiliates the chance to win a holiday trip to South Africa, ehr...where exactly in South Africa, I do not know, you tell me. Very simple rules: the winners would be-first affiliate to come up with fifty thousand dollars in rake, and first four casino affiliates to have 250 new buying/betting real players wthin the allowed period.

Let me speak of two Los Angeles poker rooms, the first being the Bicycle Casino. This is actually one of the most respected gambling sites in the whole state, and why so? Dealers and even the waiters are very respectful, and the staff as a whole have accumulated enough experience, probably because many of them came from other Los Angeles poker rooms. Hmm...change the probably' to maybe. This gambling site offers Holdem -of course, blackjack, Mexican poker, Caribbean Stud, Omaha 8/b, and if you want a truly obscure kind of poker, they have Crazy Pineapple in there. One last thing about this casino, the food is above average. If all Los Angeles poker rooms however are exactly like the Bicycle, then visitors/tourists would get bored to death, and would just like go to the parks or movies. The Commerce Casino is different from the Bicycle in many ways. The Commerce casino can really boast of LOS ANGELES POKER ROOMS, for they have 2 rooms. One is for the mid-limits, while one is for the high-stakes. At the high-limit playing room, the gratis food and the porter services would make you forget the limits or losses, after all, even if one is not a whale, feeling like one is a wonderful experience.

So many individuals envy the poker sharks/pros, and do we really have to look for deep reasons? If one could play at any hour, enjoy earning money while playing something he loves, plus the chance to go travelling all over creation, how can one not be enticed? This is principally one reason why as of late, I've been seeing a number of "How to Become a Professional Poker Player" articles and blog pieces. So, 'how to become a professional poker player' would define if a candidate would indeed be a pro or not, depending on whether he can answer this question accurately. The skill must be there, but that is not all in it, there are other considerations, they are: your strength compared to the strength of the opponents, rake of the game, variance in the game, and how many hands on an hourly basis. Let us take the NL games, here, reads are crucial. In tourneys, there are also specialists, but they are fewer than the cash game experts. Generally speaking, tourney players are known to incur debt after debt, as opposed to the cash game masters. Money is surely one of the telling factors, while it is not imperative for the aspirant to be as rich as Kerry Packer was, a very shaky bankroll would not do. Every aspiring poker player would experience bad streaks, and if the bankroll is very thin, the player would get kicked out of the game, especially in the tourney setting.

Do you know what my pet peeve was (take note of the past tense)? It's the introduction or instruction, "poker games download," whenever I go to poker gaming sites on the Internet. Do you know why I used to hate them? It's because they once wrecked havoc to my computer system. Let me tell you what exactly happened.
You see, I don't just use my computer for gaming purposes, of course. I also use it for work, e-mails, and stuff. Once, I was doing a lot of paperwork, and you know what happened? When I tried saving my files, the system just won't do it because there allegedly was no more memory space. Since I'm not a very tech savvy person, I called up customer support. I talked to a representative whose instructions are much worse than her accent. So, I have to choose between giving up my precious business files or my folder of poker games worth at least $19 each. Of course, I chose to delete the poker games. But man, was that worth a fortune.
But now, something made me change my mind about downloadable poker games. It's when I checked out a couple of these poker sites. It says there, "download poker games for free!" That means that I'd get the game I want for free, be able to delete it if I need some memory space, and get it back if I missed it for absolutely no charge! I call that sheer satisfaction.

Backgammon refers to a form of entertainment that's played in a duo--meaning, two players required. But that doesn't end the definition of backgammon. To further explain, it's a board game, the outcome of which is dictated by the dice. Now, how is that related to a video poker game on the computer. Well, up to now, I've been playing on the Backgammon gaming site and I'm still not sure how poker and backgammon can get together. But there's one site on the Internet that has both backgammon and video poker, and that's Inside Bet. To access, just log on to insidebet.com. Video poker is a separate option at Inside Bet. Once you click on the video poker button on the left side of the web page, you're led to another page that shows you a tabbed list of the poker game selections on Inside Bet. There are so, so many video poker game options to choose from! The only frustrating thing about Inside Bet is that you have to continually click on More to view the other options. Though the graphics are really cute, I wish Inside Bet could someday consider a simple list where you could see everything at a glance.

I first had my encounter with a three card poker game late last week. I got a bit confused playing it because it's got a combination of pair plus and ante and play. It's confusing because, well, it's unlike any poker game I've played before. But once you get the hang of it, I assure you that it's very simple and it doesn't require you to sweat a whole lot. Let me further explain by telling you how three card poker is played. Number one, you draw three circles right in front of you, branded each as the pair plus, ante, and play circles. Number two, the players in the game bet in either the ante or pair plus circles. This becomes the minimum pot amount or table value. Then, the cards are shuffled by the dealer. Game step number three officially begins the game. By the way, when you guys play three card poker, you don't have to have each player bring their own cards. All you'll need is one 52 card set. Just have one of the guys bring his cards set and you guys will be fine. Meanwhile, after the bets are in and the cards are shuffled, the game starts from the left of the dealer clockwise.

Why in the world do we need online poker reviews? That's the question my dad asked me just this morning. He asked that because my younger brother, who is, to my opinion, the most insane poker player in the world, bugged him to log on to a certain poker review site that he knows. He says scouting for poker reviews online is the fastest way to access information about a specific poker site and check if the poker site is a really credible site. I tried his suggestion. I've long been aching to know why most poker enthusiasts I know say Titan Poker, Poker Room, and Party Poker are the best poker sites over the Internet. Well, I just thought it's better that way--look for a site that hits many birds in one stone. It's easier, faster, and won't cost you a drop of sweat (uh, perhaps it will, but not that much). So, I went online and I looked up various sites that feature poker reviews. And, yes, I found out that most online poker reviews extol the three poker sites I've mentioned as some of the best poker sites there is in pokerlandia. Anyway, I also noticed that online poker reviews have one and the same format: a poker sites ranking, link to these sites, bonus codes, and the review itself. Enough said.

Just what is a sports book all about? When I first came across the home page of Bet On USA Sports Book, I thought it's going to mean a storehouse of information on the most popular sports in the United States... you know, dull, encyclopedia stuff. But my fairly curious nature brought me to research what a sports book really is--much more, what sports book sites are--and this is what I found out. A sports book is basically just like any other gaming site on the Internet. Perhaps the mere reason why it's called a book is because it has a lot of games in it. It can include basketball, soccer, racing, golf, and boxing. You know, the sports that we bet on often. And, it may include casino, poker, and bingo games. Speaking of poker, I saw a downloadable version of the software of Bet On USA Sports Book's Poker Room program. Really, I just found that bit a little funny because I guess all other casino or poker websites do not allow Americans to play their Texas Hold 'Em offerings. This is, they say, due to the laws in the U. S. that ban them. But then, I guess there's nothing wrong with that... they just have to make sure customer support's OK, because system issues are going to be a big problem just in case. That's what you get with being the only site in the U. S. that can offer poker. All the headaches.

Poker games are such a hit that I won't be surprised if I find out a couple or even an entire family (yes, with the kids) holding a deck of cards each and deeply absorbed in their own bet techniques. How about your wives? Ever caught them going home from their all night sojourn in the casino without anything on, in short, naked? You must have freaked out, thinking their clothes were among the stuff they've put in the pot. OK, yes, I know that's one of the most popular jokes broadcast over the Net, but that's what I shared because, well, it's memorable. But perhaps what can really shake your wives' heads off is when they learn that their husbands are into strip poker. Now what the heck is that? Just as the word itself implies, strip... you get a lady for an opponent in a poker game and for every good call, I guess, she takes off a piece of clothing. Now, how cool is that? What makes the thing even more exciting is the features that strip poker sites have. One site has features that intend to disrupt your pretty opponent's attention. They do these various ways: either they make their lady opponents drunk, touch her upon getting naked, or zoom the picture to her boobs. Wow, that'll surely make your wife scream!
